Introduction

Day 01: Arrival in Leh

Arrival at Leh Airport, where our representative will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. Check in to the hotel and rest for the day to acclimatize to the high altitude. Welcome tea or coffee will be served at the hotel.
Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 02: Leh – Alchi – Uleytokpo (125 km / 3 hrs)

After breakfast drive towards Uleytokpo / Alchi. Enroute visit Likir Monastery, Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and witness the Sangam of Zanskar & Indus Rivers.

After lunch proceed to visit Lamayuru Monastery and enjoy the famous Moonland landscapes.
Overnight stay in Uleytokpo / Alchi / Lamayuru.

Day 03: Uleytokpo – Leh (125 km / 3 hrs)

After breakfast drive back to Leh. Enroute visit Basgo Monastery and Alchi Monastery, known for its ancient wall paintings and unique architecture.

Day 04: Nubra Valley – Turtuk – Nubra

After breakfast drive to Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass (18,390 ft), one of the highest motorable roads in the world.

Enjoy breathtaking mountain views. After reaching Nubra, check in to your hotel/camp. Later visit Diskit Monastery and the 108 ft Maitreya Buddha Statue. Explore Hunder Sand Dunes and enjoy a double-humped camel ride (direct payment basis).

Day 05: Nubra – Turtuk – Nubra

After breakfast drive to Turtuk Village, a beautiful Balti village near the India–Pakistan border opened to tourists in 2010.

Visit Balti Heritage House & Museum and Turtuk Waterfalls. Continue to Thang Village (Zero Point), the last northernmost village of India near the LOC (Line of Control).

Witness views of both Indian and Pakistani army positions and the Shyok River entering Pakistan. Return to Nubra Valley.
Overnight stay in Nubra.

Day 06: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok

After breakfast drive to Pangong Lake via Shyok route through scenic villages like Agyam, Shyok and Durbuk.

Arrive at Pangong Lake (14,000 ft), one of the most stunning high-altitude lakes. Visit the famous 3 Idiots shooting point and enjoy the lake’s changing colors.

Spend time at leisure and witness the beautiful sunset.
Overnight stay in Pangong.

Day 07: Pangong Lake to Leh

Early morning enjoy the sunrise at Pangong Lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh via Chang La Pass.

Enroute visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery, and Hemis Monastery, the largest monastery of the Drukpa Kagyu order. Arrive in Leh and check in to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 08: Departure from Leh

Early morning transfer to Leh Airport for your return journey. Tour ends with beautiful memories of Ladakh.
